If the shelter manager receives 100 euros for every dog and between 70 and 90 dogs are taken to this place each week WHERE IS ALL THE MONEY GOING because the dogs are imprisoned in cells with no food or proper veterinary care and there is no heating or bedding and they live in filth? 400,000 euros per year are NOT being used for the care and welfare of the dogs, that's for sure. Whoever allocates this money to the shelter needs to start demanding some answers - or do they already know what is going on and are part of the problem?
